The State Fair is looking for non-profit partners to help distribute stuffed animals and other prizes won by fairgoers this summer — and donated back to the Fair. Which will give them to children, families and underserved members of the community.
In a press release, Fair organizers say they’re particularly interested in nonprofits that serve special needs and low-income groups. The deadline to apply for the inaugural Reprize-a-Prize program is July 31st.
This year’s State Fair runs August 21st through Labor Day.
