Real College Radio is a diverse radio program on WAER. RCR DJ's play a wide variety of great music, ranging across a grand spectrum of present day indie bands too classic rock and roll artists.

Real College Radio brings you alternative new rock and old favorites from the College Music Journal chart (CMJ).  You'll hear Washed Out; Bon Iver; Black Lips; Brilliant Colors; and many more up-and-coming independent rock groups.

In addition to music, trained Syracuse University students provide tidbits of witty banter - commentary on pop-culture and current events - between songs.

The program also focuses on favorites of years past, which play sporadically among CMJ's younger lineup.
