Syracuse Police say the man responsible for last weekend’s shooting in Armory Square that killed a young man, injured four people and left one in critical condition has turned himself in.

23-year-old Brandon Rolfe surrendered to homicide unit detectives at the Public Safety Building late Tuesday morning. He’s facing several charges including second degree murder of 24-year-old Akok Lual, four counts of attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

Rolfe is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center awaiting arraignment.
