Jesse Sparks got his start as an intern at Eater.com , and from there he has carved out a career in food journalism. Fast forward to today, Jesse is the host of the podcast The One Recipe, and recently produced a holiday program for American Public Media talking to culinary superstars about the recipe that signals the holiday season has begun.

Recently WAER's Jamie Korenblat sat down with Jesse, to chat about how food brings people together for the holidays, and his attempt to re-create some well known dishes.
