NYS Ranks Dead Last in Return on Tax Dollars Sent to Federal Government

A report by New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli finds that New Yorkers gave $26.6 billion more in tax money to the federal government than they got back, ranking it 50th among the 50 states. 

Capital Correspondent Karen DeWitt  sat down with the Comptroller to ask him about the report, and how it effects the current $6 billion state budget deficit.
