It’s that time of year again when officials at the State DEC remind New Yorkers about the impact of invasive species. Free public events, including daily webinars will mark invasive species awareness week now through Friday. The non-native plants, animals, insects, and pathogens can harm the environment, agriculture, economy, or public health. Daily webinars are held at 1 and 7 pm. More information available here.
