New York Attorney General Letitia James is asking the court to order six national gun distributors to stop selling and shipping ghost gun parts in the state.

The preliminary injunction follows her lawsuit, which claims the businesses sold and shipped unfinished frames and receivers to undercover investigators.

An investigation found they sent similar products to individuals who later committed violent crimes.
