U.S. Rep. John Katko of Central New York will host a telephone town hall this week aimed at helping seniors avoid and handle scams.
Katko will be joined by a representative from the Federal Trade Commission, according to a release from the congressmember’s office. The two will answer questions and provide guidance on how to prevent fraud. The discussion will also include resources for those who fall victim to a scam.
