Deadlines are fast approaching for registered voters in Onondaga County wishing to vote by absentee ballot during the upcoming elections.

If sending in a ballot by mail, the Onondaga County Board of Elections must receive it by Monday. If voters submit their ballot via fax or the online portal, it must also be in Monday by midnight.

After that date, absentee ballots can only be applied for in person until 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 7, the day before Election Day.
