The Baldwinsville’s superintendent of schools, Jason Thomson, who remains on suspension following a DWI arrestand crowd surfing during a football game, entered a not-guilty plea Wednesday.

Thomson was found to have a blood alcohol content of .08%, nearly twice the legal limit.

His next court date is on Nov. 16 at 4:30 p.m.
