New York Sen. John Mannion is a state representative of the 50th Senate District.

It appears incumbent state Sen. John Mannion will hold onto his seat by a slim margin.

A New York Supreme Court judge late Monday ruled on about 100 objected ballots in the 50th Senate District race, and Mannion emerges with a 10-vote victory over challenger Rebecca Shiroff.

The results still have to be certified by the Boards of Elections in both Onondaga and Oswego counties.
