The windows of downtown buildings shine bright from internal lights against the dark sky.

An annual tradition to get a sampling of restaurants in Downtown Syracuse while giving them a mid-winter boost of traffic is just two weeks away.

Downtown Dining Weeks will kick off March 1 and will run through March 15. Deals include lunches with three offerings for $15 or less and three-course dinners at $35 or less.

There will also be sweet treat shops that will offer specials. Some of the restaurants that will be participating are Apizzza Regionale, Cathy's Cookie Kitchen, andDanny's Steaks.

The complete list of restaurants and menus are on the website.
