Baseball legend Darryl Strawberry is coming to Syracuse this fall for the Salvation Army’s annual “Civic Celebration.” Revered as one of the most feared home run hitters, Strawberry has given up the bat for the bible. He currently serves as an ordained minister and travels to share his personal journey and encourages people to better their lives. The celebration is set for October 8th at The OnCenter.
