Those looking for a place to hold a party for a single day celebration may want to consider the state fairgrounds.
The department of agriculture and markets is now offering rental spaces of varying sizes ranging from the Empire, Martha Eddy, Somerset, and Bistro Rooms to the Empire Theater, Sheep Barn, and Wool Center.
Fair director Julie LaFave said it’s part of a broader effort to showcase the fairgrounds’ offerings beyond traditional programming and events.
"This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to making the Fairgrounds a vibrant, community-centered destination throughout the entire year,” she said. “We know that The Fair and Fairgrounds hold special memories for many New Yorkers, and we are excited to continue being part of those traditions all year long.”
