The service and dedication of the state’s law enforcement community took center stage Monday at the state fairgrounds. Dozens of elected officials and fairgoers gathered at the memorial for the annual ceremony honoring those serving and those who died in the line of duty.
Onondaga County Sheriff Gene Conway and State Attorney General Tish James were among those who made remarks. It was the AG's first trip to the fair since being elected as the state's top laywer and law enforcement officer.
