Syracuse Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect

Syracuse Police

Syracuse Police have arrested a suspect they believe is connected to a recent bank robbery.  They say 20 year-old Nicholas Fiorini of Baldwinsville robbed the SEFCU Credit Union last week at 721 South Crouse Ave in the city.  Manlius Police have confirmed via bank surveillance photos that Fiorini is also the suspect in Monday’s M&T Bank robbery on Manlius Center Road.

A witness provided police with a license plate number and a description of the car involved.  When Syracuse police pulled over the car on 690 Monday night at around 11:30 PM they found another man for Manlius Police wanted to question.  Fiorini was eventually tracked down at Clarion Suites on Farrell Road.  He’s been charged with robbery for the SEFCU robbery.  Charges are still pending in the Manlius bank robbery case.
