The Great Northern Mall in Clay is one step closer to a "town center" makeover. Conifer Realty recently won the town council’s approval with its multi-use development plan boasting apartments, hotels, medical hubs, and shops.
The plan still needs the Clay planning board’s review before it has final approval.
In other business development, Northern Lights Plaza has new ownership and is changing tenants. Raymour & Flanigan is opening a furniture store in the former Christmas Tree Shops space, while Olum’s relocates to Clay's Wegmans Plaza.
