Those voting early and absentee by mail in Oswego County may feel frustration when attempting to seal their official ballots.
Once the ballot itself is filled out and sealed, it’s supposed to be placed into an envelope for mailing. However, voters are unable to line up a barcode through a window as instructed.
A representative with the Oswego County Board of Elections, says the county is aware of the issue, and voters shouldn’t worry, but should mail in their ballots as usual.
