The MOST has joined the Blue Star Museum Program, which offers free admission from Armed Forces Day in May through Labor Day. The benefit extends to up to five guests, and the active-duty member does not need to be present—guests simply need to show a military ID.

Active-duty members of the military, National Guard, and reservists can now get in free to Syracuse's Museum of Science and Technology.

The MOST is now part of the Blue Star Museum Program, which offers free admission between Armed Forces Day in May and Labor Day. The perk also extends to five guests, but the active-duty soldier doesn’t need to be present. Qualified members or their guests must show their military ID card for entry.

The Blue Star program adds to the MOST’s year-round free admission program, for active military and veterans, plus one guest.

The museum recently opened the GROW exhibit, highlighting New York’s agriculture, and is now showing Call of the Dolphins in the National Grid ExploraDome theater.
