Charity shoot raises $50K for veterans’ wellness programs

A veterans’ organization that helps with wellness and social issues had some extra help, thanks to a weekend fundraiser. Clear Path for Veterans held its 5th annual Charity Shoot for military veterans at the Pompey Rod and Gun Club.

The event brought in $50,000, bringing the total raised over five years to $150,000.

The Chittenango-based organization offers various direct services and supportive programs for veterans, including mental health assistance and career help.
