State webinar to help farmers apply for overtime tax credit

The State Department of Agriculture and Markets is hosting a webinar to help farmers prepare for the Farm Employer Overtime Advance Program.

The program helps farmers manage the rising costs of overtime wages through a state refundable tax credit for those who paid overtime from January until August 2025.

The webinar will take place Friday, July 25th, from 2:00-3:00 pm with a presentation and a question-and-answer session. A link to the webinar is available through the Department of Ag website.
