Jubilee Homes of Syracuse opened its farmstand Tuesday morning at the Downtown Farmers Market.
The Urban Delights Farmstand run by Syracuse inner-city youth features fresh, locally grown, organic produce.
The program is sponsored by Jubilee Homes and is designed to provide youth from Syracuse employment opportunities and agricultural entrepreneurship training.
The Farmstand is available on Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Farmer’s Market on Clinton Square for six to eight weeks.
