Micron has plans to build a microchip fabrication lab on grassland near Clay, NY. The public has until Aug. 11 to register concerns or questions.

The countdown has begun for Central New Yorkers to submit their comments, questions and concerns for the Micron project in Clay. The public comment period closes Monday, August 11th. A Draft Environment Impact Statement was posted online, and paper copies were dispersed to the county public library system. Comments by U.S. mail or email are the only way residents may let their thoughts be known. For those addresses, visit the Onondaga Department of Economic Development website.
