The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from potential victims or witnesses of public lewdness incidents in a store parking lot in Clay. Deputies arrested 30-year-old Eric Higley last week after he allegedly recorded women entering or exiting their vehicles in the TJ Maxx parking lot and engaged in lewd conduct in his car. The first incident was reported in March, but the most recent occurred late last month. Higley confessed to three charges of Public Lewdness and is being held in the Justice Center. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information can call the Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division at (315) 435-3081.
