Utility work to force lane restrictions on E. Colvin St. near I-81

Drivers who use East Colvin Street under I-81 should prepare for delays starting Monday as crews do utility work. The road will reduce to one lane until November 20th with alternating traffic controlled by a temporary traffic signal. Drivers can still access I-81 northbound, but the already busy area could see significant back-ups due to lane restrictions.
