Adam Schein '99
Inducted in 2021Adam Schein, host of Showtime's acclaimed "Inside the NFL," has worked alongside NFL legends Phil Simms, Boomer Esiason, and Brandon Marshall. On radio, Schein hosts "Schein on Sports" on SiriusXM's Mad Dog Sports Radio.
He launched his professional career at WHEN (AM) Radio in Syracuse from 1999 to 2002, serving the Central New York community before moving on to major markets.
Schein’s television portfolio includes hosting "NFL Monday QB" on CBS Sports Network, and hosting "That Other Pregame Show" on CBS Sports Network since 2013. He previously hosted "Time to Schein" on CBS Sports Network until February 2024. Earlier in his television career, he was part of SNY's programming from 2006 to 2015, contributing to "Jets Post Game Live" and "Jets Nation" from 2006 to 2012, and co-hosting "Loud Mouths" with Chris Carlin in 2011.
Beyond broadcasting, Schein has served as a columnist for NFL.com since 2012. His career has also included significant roles at major outlets including New York's WFAN (2001–2006), SiriusXM NFL Radio (2004–2012), and Foxsports.com (2005–2012).
Schein's broadcasting experience traces back to his time at WAER while studying at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, where he earned a degree in broadcast journalism. While still a student, he distinguished himself by winning the prestigious John Bayliss Award for Excellence in Radio Journalism in both 1998 and 1999.
