Jessica Hackett

Jessica Hackett is from the Winkworth neighborhood of Syracuse and graduated from Westhill High School. She studied at The American College of Financial Services and works as a registered representative at Planned Results, Inc. Earlier she worked at Urist Financial and Retirement Planning and as a licensed real estate salesperson at Howard Hanna. She has chaired the Town of Onondaga Democratic Committee since 2024. This is her first run for office, and she has union endorsements and says she will work with unions to support workers. Her priorities include building enough homes to keep pace with Micron-driven growth, with development that fits neighborhoods. She also emphasizes transparency, accountability and fiscal responsibility that funds infrastructure while protecting taxpayers.
