Tracy Underwood-Caryl

Tracy Underwood-Caryl brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as the Director of Development and Membership at WAER 88.3, affiliated with the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. With over a decade of experience in fund development and alumni engagement, Tracy has played pivotal roles at organizations such as the Brady Faith Center and Le Moyne College.

A proud alumna of Le Moyne College, Tracy is nearing completion of a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Oswego. Her passion for philanthropy, community, and alumni engagement shines through in her dynamic career, making her an integral part of WAER's mission and the S.I. Newhouse School.

In off time hours, Tracy can be found hiking the Adirondack trifecta, attempting amigurumi crochet, and "loving on her girls."
