Tracy Underwood-Caryl

Tracy Caryl serves as the Director of Development and Membership. Tracy joined WAER in December 2023, leading fundraising efforts to secure individual memberships and major gifts. Her role involves developing and managing the membership department, overseeing major donor and planned giving programs, as well as working closely with WAER alumni to develop student engagement opportunities and support.

In addition to her role at WAER, Tracy actively contributes to the community. In June 2024, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Central New York. Her involvement reflects her commitment to supporting local organizations and initiatives.

A proud alumna of SUNY Oswego and Le Moyne College, Tracy's professional background includes over a decade of experience in fund development and alumni engagement. She has held pivotal roles at organizations such as the Brady Faith Center and Le Moyne College.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tracy enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, practicing amigurumi crochet, and spending time with her two daughters and chocolate lab, Tucker.
