The New York State Democratic Party says it will spend five million dollars this fall, in a coordinated campaign to try and flip five Congressional districts, including Onondaga County’s, currently held by first-term Republican Brandon Williams.

In a public memo today, the New York Democrats say they are also looking to protect two swing seats and will hire 80 staffers to oversee fieldwork and voter turnout efforts.
