Clear Investment of Chicago bought the Skyline and Vincent apartment complexes over two years ago, but there's been little work done to address code violations and make them suitable for new renters.

Clear Investment Group of Chicago took ownership in summer 2023, but re-development has been slow.

A deadline has come and gone for remaining residents to move out so the new owner can begin extensive renovations.
