Ronnie Leigh. Loren Barrigar. Joe Whiting. Jane Zell. Coleen Kattau. They're just a few of the dozens of talented musicians gathering Sunday evening at the Palace Theater in Syracuse for a common goal: Peace. It’s called “One Song for Peace,” and WAER News caught up with producer Irv Lyons, Jr. and musician Anthony Saturno.
Numerous non-profit organizations, community advocates, and Onondaga Nation leaders will also be participating in the rally. The free event is Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Palace Theater in Eastwood.
Lyons is already planning another rally in the spring.
