No Onondaga County Wastewater treatment plant detected enough Covid-19 to indicate community-level transmission last week. County Executive Ryan McMahon shared the weekly report from the state on Twitter.

Baldwinsville, Brewerton and Wetzel Road treatment plants all saw a drop in Covid levels over the past two weeks. However, the Metro, Meadowbrook/Limestone and Oak Orchard plants saw increasing levels, with Oak Orchard having the highest level of the three.

Covid-19 rates are going down in Onondaga County. McMahon reported fewer residents in the hospital and ICU due to the virus Monday, however the virus still remains dangerous. Four people died of COVID-19 between Saturday and Monday.
