The $13 million Skydome in Oneida County will serve as the largest indoor drone testing facility in the nation. It’s located in a former airplane hangar in the Griffiss Business and Technology Park, and is the latest investment in the state’s unmanned aircraft systems test site.
The project was created and developed by Oneida County, and funded by county and state dollars.
