New York motorists seeing slight relief at the pump

Gas prices continue to fall in the Syracuse area and across the state.

AAA of Central and Western New York reported the average price for a gallon of gas is down 8 cents from last week at $4.65. That’s just a bit higher than the state average of $4.58.

New York’s gas is still higher than the national average, which sits at $4.36 a gallon.
