Syracuse residents can once again access Veo e-bikes and scooters as the micromobility program resumes full service. Mayor Ben Walsh highlighted the program’s role in helping residents without cars, with 65% of Veo riders using it for work commutes.
The 2025 operating agreement includes more staff, upgraded parking technology, and financial contributions to city infrastructure. Veo ridership grew 21% last year, and a new AI-powered parking assistant will help enforce proper parking. More details are available here.
