The city wants the owner of Kammar's Restaurant Equipment to clean up the right of way and other parts of the property on Wolf Street.

The City of Syracuse has won a court order requiring the clean-up of a large appliance graveyard on the city’s north side.

A state supreme court judge upheld the city’s request for the owner of Kammar’s Restaurant Equipment to remove all materials and debris from the city right of way on the Wolf Street properties.

The judge also ordered the owner to correct all code violations and remove tractor trailers in a four-phase cleanup to be completed by late April.
