Former Oswego County Prosecutor sentenced for drunk driving incident

Judge sentences former Oswego County Assistant District Attorney to five years probation for drunk driving.

A judge has sentenced former Oswego County Assistant District Attorney, Sarah Knickerbocker, to five years probation and took away her law license. That after Kickerbocker pled guilty to driving drunk and running into another vehicle. Oswego County News Now reports Knickerbocker lost her drivers license for a year and will need to use an Interlock device when her license is reinstated. The sentence could be completed in three years, if all the requirements of her probation are met. The paper reports Knickerbocker’s blood alcohol level was at 0.22%, nearly three times over the legal limit.
