Construction to reduce E. Colvin St. to one lane under I-81

Drivers using East Colvin St. where it passes under I-81 can expect delays Monday and Tuesday as crews continue working on the highway project. Colvin will reduced to one lane between Garfield Ave. and Moore Ave. from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a flagger controlling alternating traffic. That means back-ups for drivers using the ramp to I-81 northbound.
