It's the final stretch before in-person voting begins for Syracuse's next mayor. Four candidates are on the ballot: Republican Tom Babilon, Democrat Sharon Owens, and independents Tim Rudd and Alfonso Davis.

Audience members asked a wide range of questions, including how to make sure Micron puts down roots that benefit and sustain the city, how to effectively reduce gun violence among at-risk youth, how to promote and support urban agriculture, and how to best manage calls for those struggling with mental health emergencies.

The town hall-style event was produced by Syracuse University's Citrus TV and co-moderated by Luke Radel and Anjana Desam.

Early voting begins Oct. 25 and continues through Nov. 2. Election Day is Nov. 4.
