An early morning tractor-trailer crash that spilled over an I-481 overpass near the I-690 interchange is clear after several hours of investigation by the Department of Transportation and Dewitt police.
According to 911 dispatch and multiple media outlets that spoke to witnesses, the trailer split in half as it careened over the retaining wall onto an access road below.
Neither DeWitt Police nor the New York Department of Transportation are reporting any injuries from that crash.
