The lost protections to our earth & health if the Endangerment Finding is scrapped

You likely know that there are rules, regulations and laws in effect that limit the emissions that have contributed to the Climate Crisis. Tailpipe emissions of cars and trucks, harmful releases spewing from smokestacks of factories, power plants and oil refineries. Many of these rules are based on the Endangerment Finding, that found emissions and other pollution endanger our health. The Trump Administration and the EPA have plans to rescind the Endangerment Finding, bringing into doubt scores of protections.

On this Deeper Shade of Green, longtime renewable energy advocate and Sierra Club group chair Rhea Jezer on what could be lost if the legal footing is rescinded. Plus, Syracuse City Auditor Alexander Marion details the health and financial impacts, but also what role a city can play in the battle to survive increasing climate change impacts.
