Downtown Revitalization Initiative

The project area is called the Southwest Gateway, and includes the neighborhoods bounded by West Onondaga and Clinton Street, south to Martin Luther King Drive. The minimum request for a project is $100,000.

Equitable reaffirmed its commitment to the City of Syracuse with their plans to refurbish space inside of the historic 19-story Tower buildings located on Madison Street. They'll get funding assistance from Empire State Development.
