The Sunset Ave ramp to I-81 northbound from Court Street is closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until February 7 for construction; alternate ramps include Hiawatha, North State, and Pearl Streets.

Gov. Kathy Hochul included the proposal in her state of the state priorities. CenterState CEO would oversee the Syracuse location.
