NPR's Sam Sanders talks about what makes 'It's Been A Minute' Special

This Saturday at Noon WAER will debut a new weekly show from NPR, It's Been A Minute with Sam Sanders.  Sanders joined NPR in 2009 as a Kroc Fellow, and since then has worn many hats within the organization, including field producer and breaking news reporter. He's spent time at three Member stations as well: WUNC in North Carolina, Oregon Public Broadcasting, and WBUR in Boston, as an intern for On Point with Tom Ashbrook.

In anticipation of his show coming to WAER, Kevin Kloss had a chance to chat with Sam and talk about what he hopes to accomplish.

Kevin Kloss is proud to serve as the Content and Operations Manager at WAER Syracuse Public Media. In addition to managing content for broadcast and digital distribution he also oversees the Sports department at WAER and their coverage of Syracuse University athletics. He also plays an important role as the lead producer for several of the station’s flagship programs including Syracuse Speaks and City Limits.
