Gas prices are holding steady in the second week of June, down two cents from last Monday to an average of $3.10 per gallon across New York.

AAA of Western and Central New York reports that in Syracuse, prices are even lower, averaging $3.04 per gallon.

The Energy Information Administration credits the slight decrease to oil supply outpacing demand, which is helping keep crude oil prices down.
