A Syracuse native, Jennifer is Director of Corporate Underwriting for WAER Public Media. She's had over 20 years of successful experience developing new business ideas, forging partnerships with local businesses and organizations, and securing revenue-generating opportunities for WAER. Jennifer works diligently with clients, developing impactful media campaigns to accomplish their strategic goals while raising financial support for the station. She appreciates the close interaction and cultural awareness WAER provides - locally, nationally and globally. Jennifer has been a contributing member of WAER Public Media since 2003 and is a strong believer in the important role the station plays in making Syracuse a great place to live and work. Adelina Lancianese is the assistant producer for the NPR Story Lab, a creative studio that fosters newsroom experimentation and incubates new podcasts. At the Story Lab, Lancianese works primarily on investigative, long-form projects, and also helps organize the annual Story Lab Workshop for the development of new independent and Member station podcasts.

NPR commentator Bonny Wolf grew up in Minnesota and has worked as a reporter and editor at newspapers in New Jersey and Texas. She taught journalism at Texas A&M University where she encouraged her student, Lyle Lovett, to give up music and get a real job. Wolf gives better advice about cooking and eating, and contributes her monthly food essay to NPR's award-winning Weekend Edition Sunday. She is also a contributing editor to "Kitchen Window," NPR's Web-only, weekly food column.

Charlene Nomeny is a sophomore majoring in Broadcast and Digital Journalism at Syracuse University. She reports for CitrusTV's "Unpeeled" and volunteers at WAER, covering trending local news and community-impacting events. She is also a Fall 2024 Media Fellow with the Washington Media Scholars Foundation.

Marisa Nuñez is a graduate student studying Broadcast and Digital Journalism at Syracuse University, expected to graduate in August 2026. As a content creator at WAER, Marisa helps produce digital and radio stories.

Ryan joined KNAU's newsroom in 2013. He covers a broad range of stories from local, state and tribal politics to education, economy, energy and public lands issues, and frequently interviews internationally known and regional musicians. Ryan is an Edward R. Murrow Award winner and a frequent contributor to NPR News and National Native News.
