A reminder to all New Yorkers: get vaccinated and boosted, get tested, and stay home if you don’t feel well.
New York has been experiencing increased rates of Covid-19, but Onondaga County’s case load is falling. Upstate Medial University’s Dr. Chris Tanski believes Central New York has turned the corner on the surge.
"If you look at the COVID-19 hospitalizations, they were increasing slowly but steadily over the past few weeks, but now it seems like we’re on a bit of a plateau," Tanski said.
Tanski expects the number of Covid cases to continue to fall as temperatures rise.
