Independent candidate from the Working Families Party Nicole Watts has won Onondaga County's 9th Legislative seat over Republican Bonnke Sekarore and independent candidate from the Northside Neighbors party Kenyata Calloway.

95.5% of early voting ballots are in for Onondaga County's Proposition One, which would add term limits to the county legislator, but extend those terms to four years.

As of 6:00 p.m., the Onondaga County Board of Elections reports that 59,755 voters have cast ballots on Election Day.

Update: 2:33 p.m.

The Onondaga County Board of Elections posted on X that as of 2:00 p.m., 34,138 ballots had been cast on Election Day.
